Making a dressing from nuts has been on my to do list for a long time. I used my mini food processor to chop the almonds. I did not make many changes from the original recipe. It was quick and easy and I would make this again.
1⁄2 cup raw almonds
2 tbsps apple cider vinegar
2 tbsps pure maple syrup
2/3 cup water
1/2 tsp freshly grated ginger
1⁄2 tsp Dijon mustard
1⁄8 tsp tumeric
