Cauliflower Steaks

On my list for a while I decided, to bake cauliflower steaks.  They were super easy to make!  Clean and cut the cauliflower into slices about an inch thick.  The ends will just crumble so I roasted them too.  I coated with olive oil, set on some parchment paper and drizzled a little pure maple syrup over the top.  I baked at 375 degrees for 45 minutes (never go above 400 with parchment or it will burn up).  Not pictured I served with a purchased oriental hoisin sauce.  The slightly sweetness from the syrup went well with the sauce.
