Bread

One of the April snow days, when all my events were cancelled, I decided to bake bread. I chose a rustic bread recipe. Time consuming but basically easy. Many recipes called for a dutch oven the one I’m sharing that I used didn’t.

My parchment paper had a max of 400 degrees so I lowered the oven temp. I used organic white flour. I would make this again and maybe try an olive bread or other variations.
