One of the hardest things for us to do can be realizing our worth. This applies to men as well as women. Social media does good, but also greatly increases the ability for us to compare our lives with the lives of others. Advertising can make us feel we are not worthy unless we are young, slim or extremely wealthy. Why are we all worthy? Three words – YOU ARE HERE. In the whole of the universe there is only one you. No one has ever been created as unique and beautiful as you are.
Women still make 79 cents to every dollar a man makes. People have argued some of this is due to our absence from working for child care or the types of jobs we have. Women also have a history of being treated as property through the ages. We were considered worthy to vote in the U.S. in 1920. So for the majority U. S. history, we did not have this right. Other countries have this record

Here are some of they synonyms for self worth – self-respect, self confidence, honor, happiness and joy. Do you give your self these things? We take pride in our family, our homes and some times sport teams. How often do you take pride in your self?
For me a sense of worth comes from the connection to my true self through meditation. This is where I really tune into how I’m feeling. Especially if getting run down, we can also make sure we retreat ourselves well once in a while. Make sure you are taking time for you to do your workouts, meditate, read, practice yoga or take a few bubble baths. Why not treat yourself before you get run down?
