
I’m offering fun Zoom yoga and strength classes, all from the comfort of your home no class.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga hour long class MONDAYS at 11:30 AM CST $10 a few openings remaining.
Total Body Strength class TUESDAYS at 9:30 AM CST $8.
Gentle Yoga TUESDAYS at 5 PM CST we are trying a NEW time. This 45 minute yoga is great for beginners or anyone who wants a slower paced more relaxing class. $8 per class.
Contact me with the class or classes you would like to attend and I can send you the release form and an invoice for the paid classes to pay with PayPal, Apple Pay or a check.

All classes below are offered through the Park and Recreation Center Wolfe Park 3700 Monterey Drive St. Louis Park, MN 55416. We are staying in the pavilion for spring classes. You need to register for these in advance. DROP IN IS AVAILABLE AGAIN. No class on 5/8 or 5/12.
Monday and Wednesday Spring session started the week of 4/7 at 6 PM Express Stations 45 minutes. This fun class can be individualized while working on strength for all major muscles groupTs. Equipment is provided but some people want to bring their own.
Monday 7 PM Restorative Yoga and Meditation 45 minutes has room again. Spring session started on 4/7.
Thursdays 9:30 AM All Levels Yoga. Spring session started on 4/10. Class focuses on building strength, flexibility and balance. A combination of breath work, centering, Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin poses will help you with a deeper connection to yourself. This is an all level yoga class.
