Classes/Services

I’m offering fun Zoom yoga and strength classes, all from the comfort of your home no class.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga hour long class MONDAYS mainly at 11:30 AM CST $10 a few openings remaining.  Class will be at 9:30 AM on 2/9 and 3/9.  No class 2/23.

Total Body Strength class TUESDAYS at 9:30 AM CST $8. This 45 minute class uses mainly weights and bands to work all major muscle groups. No class 2/24.

Gentle Yoga TUESDAYS at 5 PM CST. This 45 minute yoga is great for beginners or anyone who wants a slower paced more relaxing class. $8 per class. No class 2/24.

Contact me with the class or classes you would like to attend and I can send you the release form and an invoice for the paid classes to pay with PayPal, Apple Pay or a check.

All classes below are offered through the Park and Recreation Center Wolfe Park 3700 Monterey Drive St. Louis Park, MN 55416. You need to register for these in advance. Winter session two starts the week of 3/2.

Monday and Wednesday 6 PM for 45 minutes. Next series of classes starts week of 3/2. Strength, balance and reaction time is built in a total body workout with stations. You can work at your own level. All equipment is provided.  Drop in and check it out for $10.

Monday 7 PM Restorative Yoga for 45 minutes. Next series of classes starts on 3/2. We hold the poses longer in this class and breath work and guided meditation is also included. Please bring a mat.  This class is full so check with me if you would like to drop in.

NEW Wednesdays 5 PM Mat Pilates. Next winter session starts on 3/4. This class works on mainly core strength. Please bring a mat.  This class is full so no drop in option.

Thursdays 9:30 AM All Levels Yoga one hour class. Next winter session starts on 3/5. This class works on strength, balance, flexibility and stress reduction. Breath work is included. Please bring a mat. Drop in and check it out for $15.
